Social media account set-up, content strategy, and training

Havill’s is a Bedford based company that sells new and used mini homes.

In February 2014, they initially approached me to help boost their impact on social media. They’d been posting on Facebook and Twitter, but with very little response.

I developed a plan for Havill’s that helped them work out what to post and when, training their staff to manage social media effectively. Havill’s ran with this and has an engaged community on facebook and Twitter, and more recently Instagram.

By using analytics, I helped Havill’s work out that they needed a responsive website (more than 50 per cent of people looking at their old site were doing so on tablets and phones), and helped them to have that site built. Two years on, we are in the process of developing a blog on that site. As Havill’s online needs have changed, I’ve helped them to navigate that.

Over the past three years I’ve developed a close relationship at the team with Havill’s, and enjoy being called in to work on various projects whenever they need me.
